Top 10 (or more absurd) Obama administration whoppers or lies. Lies you can believe in?

Feel free to add to this list. It's fairly safe to say that while all Presidents promise a lot and often don't delivery, this one takes the cake for not even seriously trying in most cases. It appears his underlying modus operandi is by all means necessary.

1) "We shouldn't be campaigning all the time."

2) In its latest stimulus report released Wednesday, the White House’s Council of Economic Advisers said the Recovery Act has already saved or created about 3 million jobs.

3) Obama claims not to know who Snooki from Jersy Shores is. However, history shows he referenced her. Is he lying again?

4) "If you come to me with a serious set of proposals, I will be there to listen. My door is always open." (regarding health care reform ideas by the GOP)

AN OBAMA SHOVEL READY JOB
A shovel ready job.

5) "Reducing the waste and inefficiency in Medicare and Medicaid will pay for most of this plan." (CBO estimated this would amount to 100 billion between 2010 and 2019)

6) People look at me and say, "What are you talking about, Joe? You're telling me we've got to go spend money to keep from going bankrupt?" The answer is "Yes,"I'm tellin' ya.

7) "Understand, a majority of senators support the plan. It's just that the Republican leaders in the Senate won't even allow it to come up for a vote," Obama said. "That isn't right." (That's rich when the Democratic majority has set the bill aside six times)

8) "I think it’s fair to say, if six months ago, before this spill had happened, I had gone up to Congress and I had said we need to crack down a lot harder on oil companies and we need to spend more money on technology to respond in case of a catastrophic spill, there are folks up there, who will not be named, who would have said this is classic, big-government overregulation and wasteful spending." (In other words, since he doesn't have an absolute grip on power, he can't be held responsible for any failure)

9) "Make no mistake: we will close Guantánamo prison, which has damaged our national-security interests and become a tremendous recruiting tool for Al Qaeda..."

10) "Public Will Have 5 Days To Look At Every Bill That Lands On My Desk"

11) "We wanted to move because we needed someone in place, and we knew that the plan on the other side was to draw this out...” (Berwick recess appointment whom Democrats didn't want to bring up for discussion/vote as it would be too controversial).

12) "We’re going to do all these negotiations on C-SPAN…We will work on the process publicly … These negotiations will be on C-SPAN.”

13) “Let us resist the temptation to fall back on the same partisanship and pettiness and immaturity that has poisoned our politics for so long.” (said on election night 2008)
